Shipping and returns
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of purchase. If you place an order over the weekend or on a Dutch holiday, we will process it on the next business day. Within the Netherlands, your package will usually be delivered within 1 to 2 business days; delivery to Belgium may take slightly longer. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace code by email, allowing you to track your package at any time.
Your order will always be packaged discreetly and neutrally, with no branding or reference to its contents. The shipping label only contains the information necessary for the delivery service. You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in their original packaging. Stricter rules apply to certain hygiene products. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the purchase amount via your original payment method within 5 business days.
