Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt, provided the lingerie is returned unused, undamaged, and with intact hygiene strips and labels. We cannot accept worn or washed items for hygiene reasons. After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days via the original payment method.

In most cases, return shipping costs are at your own expense. If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
