Returns
Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt.
Hygiene Products and Opened Packaging For health reasons and to protect hygiene, hygiene products cannot be returned, especially if the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. How does returning work?
Contact us via info@touch-me.nl with your order number and reason for return.
Pack the product well and send it to the return address provided by us.
The return costs are for your own account, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

After receipt and inspection of the product, we will refund within 5 working days via the original payment method.
Damaged or defective product?
Damaged Items We strive to deliver your order in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. Send an email to info@touch-me.nl with the details and photos of the damaged product. Our Touch-Me team will be happy to resolve it for you and ensure that you are satisfied.
Warranty We offer a 1-year warranty on all products. If a product becomes defective within that time due to a manufacturing defect, you can of course report it to us for a solution.
