If you place an order on a weekend or a Dutch holiday, we'll process it the next business day. Within the Netherlands, your package will usually be delivered within 1 to 2 business days; delivery to Belgium may take a little longer. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a track and trace code by email, allowing you to track your package at any time.
Your order will always be packaged discreetly and neutrally, with no branding or reference to its contents. The shipping label only contains the information necessary for the delivery service. We also consciously choose sturdy, sustainable packaging materials made of cardboard and paper, without plastic fillers. This way, we combine care for your order with care for the environment.
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in their original packaging. Stricter rules apply to certain hygiene products. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of items whose seal has been broken or whose packaging has been opened. This includes condoms, lubricants, massage products, and erotic toys. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the purchase amount via your original payment method within 5 business days.
