Shipping and returns
At Touch-Me, your lingerie order is usually processed within 24 hours. Within the Netherlands, you generally receive your package within 1 to 2 working days; delivery to Belgium may take slightly longer. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track and trace code by email.
Your order is always packaged discreetly and neutrally, without any reference to the contents.
Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt, provided the lingerie is returned unused, undamaged, and with intact hygiene strips and labels. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed items. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days via the original payment method.
In most cases, return costs are at your own expense. If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will, of course, cover the return costs.

As a guideline, size S/M often fits a height of approximately 155 to 175 cm and a weight of about 50 to 70 kg, depending on your body type. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size for a bit more comfort or the smaller size for a more fitted look.
