Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of purchase. If you place an order over the weekend or on a Dutch holiday, we will process it on the next business day. Within the Netherlands, your package will usually be delivered within 1 to 2 business days; delivery to Belgium may take slightly longer. We will provide you with the correct return address and additional instructions. Please package the products securely and neatly to prevent damage during shipping. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the purchase amount via your original payment method within 5 business days. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report this as soon as possible via info@touch-me.nl . Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and, if possible, clear photos of the product, the damage, and the packaging. Always keep the original packaging and packing material; this helps us assess the situation properly and expedites processing. All our products come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. If your item is defective due to a production issue within this period, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement, or another form of compensation.
