Shipping and returns
At Touch-Me, your lingerie order is usually processed within 24 hours. Within the Netherlands, you generally receive your package within 1 to 2 working days; delivery to Belgium may take slightly longer. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track and trace code via email.
Your order is always discreetly and neutrally packaged, without any reference to its contents.
Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt, provided the lingerie is returned unused, undamaged, and with intact hygiene strips and labels. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed items. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days via the original payment method.
In most cases, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will, of course, cover the return costs.
