Your order is always packaged discreetly and neutrally, with no reference to the contents. Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt, provided the accessories are returned unused, undamaged, and with labels intact. We cannot accept worn or washed items for hygienic reasons.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days using the original payment method.
In most cases, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will, of course, cover the return costs. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@touch-me.nl with your order number and clear photos.
