If you order before 11:00 a.m. on a working day, we will ship your order the same day. Within the Netherlands, you will usually receive your package within 1 to 2 working days; delivery to Belgium may take slightly longer. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
Your order will always be packaged discreetly and neutrally, without any reference to the contents.
You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided the lingerie is unused, undamaged, and that the hygiene strips and labels remain intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed items. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price within 5 working days via the original payment method.
In most cases, return shipping costs are at your expense. If an item is defective or delivered incorrectly, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
