Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the purchase amount via your original payment method within 5 business days. In some cases, it may take a little longer for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report this as soon as possible via info@touch-me.nl . Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and, if possible, clear photos of the product, the damage, and the packaging. Always keep the original packaging and packing material; this helps us assess the situation properly and expedites processing. All our products come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. If your item is defective due to a production issue within this period, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement, or another form of compensation.
