Details of Touch-Me
To enjoy your lingerie for as long as possible, treat it with care. Wash it by hand or on a delicate cycle in a laundry bag with a mild detergent. Dry flat and avoid the dryer to keep the fabric soft, the fit beautiful, and the finish luxurious.
At Touch-Me, your lingerie order is usually processed within 24 hours. Within the Netherlands, you'll usually receive your package within 1 to 2 business days; to Belgium, it may take a little longer. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track and trace code by email.
Your order will always be packaged discreetly and neutrally, without any reference to the contents.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the lingerie is unused, undamaged, and with the hygiene strips and labels intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed items. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price via your original payment method within 5 business days.
In most cases, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@touch-me.nl with your order number and clear photos.

Size L/XL is suitable for women who fall between sizes L and XL. This fit is designed to comfortably follow your curves and offers a nice balance of support and flexibility. As a guideline, L/XL often fits a height of approximately 165 to 180 cm (5'5" to 5'11"). cm and weighing approximately 70 to 90+ kg (depending on body type). If you're between sizes, choose the larger size for extra comfort.
