Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt, provided the lingerie is returned unused, undamaged, and with intact hygiene strips and labels. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed items. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price within 5 working days via the original payment method.

In most cases, return shipping costs are at your own expense. If an item is defective or delivered incorrectly, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
