Within the Netherlands, you generally receive your package within 1 to 2 working days; delivery to Belgium may take a little longer. Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt, provided the lingerie is returned unused, undamaged, and with intact hygiene strips and labels. Worn or washed items cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days using the original payment method.

In most cases, return shipping costs are at your own expense. If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will, of course, cover the return costs.
