We will provide you with the correct return address and additional instructions. Please package the products securely and neatly to prevent damage during shipping. In most cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the purchase amount via your original payment method within 5 business days. In some cases, it may take a little longer for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please feel free to contact us; we'll be happy to look into it for you.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report this as soon as possible via info@touch-me.nl . Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and, if possible, clear photos of the product, the damage, and the packaging. Always keep the original packaging and packing material; this helps us assess the situation properly and expedites processing. All our products come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. If your item is defective due to a production issue within this period, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement, or another form of compensation.
