At Touch-Me, your accessory order is usually processed within 24 hours. Within the Netherlands, you typically receive your package within 1 to 2 business days; delivery to Belgium may take slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code via email.
Your order is always packaged discreetly and neutrally, with no reference to the contents. Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt, provided the accessories are returned unused, undamaged, and with labels intact. We cannot accept worn or washed items for hygienic reasons.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days using the original payment method.
