Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of purchase. If you place an order over the weekend or on a Dutch holiday, we will process it on the next business day. Within the Netherlands, your package will usually be delivered within 1 to 2 business days; delivery to Belgium may take slightly longer. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace code by email, allowing you to track your package at any time.

Your order will always be packaged discreetly and neutrally, with no branding or reference to its contents. The shipping label only contains the information necessary for the delivery service. We also consciously choose sturdy, sustainable packaging materials made of cardboard and paper, without plastic fillers. This way, we combine care for your order with care for the environment.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in their original packaging. Stricter rules apply to certain hygiene products. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of items whose seal has been broken or whose packaging has been opened. This includes condoms, lubricants, massage products, and erotic toys. The safety and health of our customers is always our top priority.

If you want to return an item, please contact us first at info@touch-me.nl with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the correct return address and additional instructions. Please package the products securely and neatly to prevent damage during shipping. In most cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the purchase amount via your original payment method within 5 business days. In some cases, it may take a little longer for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please feel free to contact us; we'll be happy to look into it for you.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report this as soon as possible via info@touch-me.nl . Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and, if possible, clear photos of the product, the damage, and the packaging. Always keep the original packaging and packing material; this helps us assess the situation properly and expedites processing. All our products come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. If your item is defective due to a production issue within this period, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement, or another form of compensation.
