Shipping and tracking

Whatever you choose at Touch-Me is meant for a moment that counts: for yourself or for the both of you. That is why we won't keep you waiting long. If you order on a working day before 11:00 AM, your package will be on its way to you the same day. If you order later in the day, during the weekend, or on a public holiday, we will ship it on the next working day.

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option chosen. Within the Netherlands, your package will generally be delivered within 1 to 2 working days. For deliveries to Belgium, the delivery time can sometimes be slightly longer. Once your order has left our warehouse, further handling is in the hands of the carrier, and you will receive a confirmation via email.

Your privacy is always our priority. That is why all packages are packed simply and neutrally, without a brand name, logo, or reference to the contents. The shipping label only contains the information necessary for the delivery service, so no one can see exactly what you have ordered. This allows you to receive your order with peace of mind.

In addition, we consciously choose sustainable packaging materials. We do not use plastic fillers. Instead, we pack your products with sturdy cardboard or paper, so that your order is well-protected and shipped in an environmentally friendly way. In this way, we combine care for your order with attention to the environment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. With this track and trace code, you can follow where your package is at any time and when you can expect it. This makes it easy to stay informed about the status of your order.
